“Great Care, Delivered” is the promise that we make to our customers. As a Receiving Associate, you will facilitate the receipt of various supplies, chemicals, and packing materials. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their medicine on time, providing them with the care and loyalty that they deserve.

When will you work?

The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm, overtime as needed, and One Saturday a month.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure the accurate receipt and logging of received materials
• Receive and inspect external packaging of all incoming shipments, notify delivery personnel and procurement of any shipping damage
• Deliver received items to their designated location
• Verify incoming shipments against original PO and bill of lading, report any discrepancies to the procurement department
• Receive and coordinate returned shipments of Wedgewood Pharmacy's finished goods
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment

What you’ve done:

• Obtained a High School Diploma or GED
• Registered with the state of NJ as a Pharmacy Technician (if not we will guide you through this process!)
• Experience working in receiving and inventory control 1-2 years required
• You've worked in a ‘fast-paced’ environment and really embrace it
• Established strong computer skills

• Independent and focused – you have your eye on the end goal and understand how critical your role is to the distribution of our medicine
• Always show up (on time) with a positive, professional attitude. No exceptions!
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
