We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.

GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer.

Responsibilities

• Together with the Buyers agent you will work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants as they tour homes
• Educate Buyers on homes toured
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to create focus
• Respond all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails in a timely manner
• Communicate with Buyers Agent after every tour with feedback and regarding potential offers

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Authorized to work in the US

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)
