Our mentorship program is designed to help those who are just getting their license, and our broker and designated realtors provide one-on-one support to enhance your success within our company and team.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with buyers and sellers
- Engage in writing 1-4 family offers, exclusive right to sell contracts, land purchases, and sales
- Continue education classes or requirement of the Texas Real Estate Commission to ensure that you meet the required hours for renewing your license.
Requirements:
- Currently in real estate school and acquiring the Texas Real Estate License
- Ability to work with buyers and sellers
- Willingness to work as a part-time or full-time realtor
- Ability to assert oneself and take initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
