Miller Canfield seeks an associate with 4-7 years of experience working on (i) commercial lending transactions, including commercial real estate financing and non-real estate financing transactions, and/or (ii) commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, construction, management and debt and equity financing. Successful candidates will have a strong academic record, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This position is our Ann Arbor, Michigan or Chicago offices. Must be licensed and in good standing in Michigan or Illinois, depending on office location.
