Town & Country Realty in the Cary, NC area is seeking to partner with a full-time Real Estate Broker - Listing Broker. We're looking for someone who can help clients market and sell their homes. This position works on a 1099 contract basis and is commission-based, earning a percentage of the sales on homes. Typical earnings range from $75,000 - $250,000/year!
In addition to competitive pay and our close-knit culture, we offer our partner brokers the use of office space, a conference room, copiers, a laptop when in the office, and a kitchenette.
We also provide business cards, lawn signs, sign riders, and lock boxes.
In addition, we offer access to BlueCross/BlueShield medical, dental, and vision insurance.

DAY-TO-DAY
The typical schedule for this contract position is Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, but the hours can vary based on the needs of your clients.
As a Real Estate Broker - Listing Broker, you love that your days are actually spent selling homes. Each day, you follow up on the leads we have for you, 79% of whom are past clients. We've done a great job for them in the past, and you are happy to exceed their expectations once again. Working within a client's time frame, you add them to our queue, then stay in close contact as you see the sale through from listing to close.
At closing time, you have all the help you need from our back office, which makes you glad to have a knowledgeable, supportive team at your side. The mentorship you receive from our owner is priceless, and you appreciate the opportunity to increase your knowledge and skills every day. REQUIREMENTS FOR A REAL ESTATE BROKER - LISTING BROKER
- NC real estate broker license
- 2+ years of experience OR 12+ closed listings
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge about the RDU area, builders, and local construction variables
