We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Showing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping clients buy and sell properties. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
• Negotiate deals and contracts on behalf of clients
• Stay current on real estate market trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service
• Prepare and present offers and coordinate with other parties to complete transactions
• Participate in weekly script practice, 1:1 coaching session, trainings, and Partner Call
• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Track activities and tasks using provided technology
