We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and open escrows. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 1-2 deals per month within 90 days time. The Goss Group offers continued education multiple times per week to ensure that our agents are always sharpening their skills.

2023 is the year you can increase your production for good! Regardless if you're brand new or have 20 years of experience, our agents are consistently able to open 1-2 escrows a month with the leads we are able to provide.

Responsibilities:

• List and sell residential real estate
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Always look after the client's best interest

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $66,575.00 - $184,975.00 per year

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

• Real Estate License (Required)
