This position works on a 1099 contract basis and is commission-based, earning a percentage of the sales on homes. Typical earnings range from $75,000 - $250,000/year! WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A REAL ESTATE AGENT - LISTING AGENT

• NC real estate broker license
• 2+ years of experience OR 12+ closed listings
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge about the RDU area, builders, and local construction variables

YOUR SCHEDULE AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT - LISTING AGENT

The typical schedule for this contract position is Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, but the hours can vary based on the needs of your clients.
