Rain Gutter Installer Job at WorkSource Douglas
We are looking for the right person that goes the extra mile.
Installing gutters and downspouts on residential 1 and 2-story homes as well as gutter installation on commercial buildings.
Requirements:
*6 months construction-related work experience
*Minimum 18 years of age
*High School Diploma or GED
*Valid Driver's License to drive company vehicles to job sites and have a clean insurable driving record
*Good Customer Service skills
*Proficient use of hand tools to include but not limited to: drill, saw, nail gun, hammer, leveler, etc.
Employer Note:
*Employer will conduct drug screen, background check, and a DMV records check upon hire
*The outstanding gutter installer is always looking for ways to improve their skills and efficiency
Job Duties/Responsibility:
* Inspect job sites
* Take measurements
* Remove hazardous items
* Construct or alter required parts, source replacement gutters, and fitting brackets, and determine water flow
* Resolve gutter issues and ensure client satisfaction
* Pay attention to details
* Use and climb up & down on step and extension ladders
* Maneuver equipment and materials weighing 25lbs to 50lbs
Days and Hours: Full-time, Monday thru Friday, schedule to be determined by employer.
Wages: start at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
