Position Requirements:
- Must be licensed to practice Radiologic Technology in a state, territory, or commonwealth of the Unites States or the District of Columbia.
- Certifications: in Computed Tomography with the ARRT
- Vaccinations: FLU required
Compensation Range:
$3000-$3060 Gross Weekly Pay (includes travel per diem for housing and meals)
Hired applicant will be eligible for relocation expense reimbursement, certification and license
reimbursement while on assignment, and overtime pay if required and approved by client.

Job Description:
As a CT Technologist you will:
- Perform high quality CT exams on incoming patients.
- Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
- Guide patients through the process while answering their questions and concerns regarding exam process.
- Monitor patient's well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
- Perform special imaging techniques and assist the radiologist with interventional procedures that require CT guidance.
This position is located in the Radiology Department, Medical Imaging Services/Computed Tomography [CT] Section of Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup, NM. The hospital provides specialized diagnostic medical services on in-patient and out-patient, basis in the area of Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Radiology and Obstetrics/Gynecology. The incumbent is responsible for the technical operation of the CT Section and computerized axial tomography equipment. rotational basis to provide continuity of services during days, nights, weekends, and holidays. May be required to work overtime and must be able to function in any units as assigned and appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
2 years minimum experience as a CT. Technologist. Incumbent must have successfully completed some type of training in the Computed Tomography [CT] radiology field or have gained successful experience by working in an active Radiology Department. Incumbent must be registered with ARRT [American Registry of Radiologic Technologist], with current license in Radiography and Computed Tomography
