At Barron, our Hydronic Service Technician will:
- Service and maintenance on hydronic systems and equipment including but not limited to:
- Boilers
- Radiant heating
- Radiant floors
- Zone valves
- Geothermal heating
- Performance maintenance to bring system to engineer specifications and operate with maximum efficiency
- Troubleshooting and repair complex systems and controls
- Communicate with customer about repair options and system improvements
- Keep up to date with new equipment and systems and electrical code
- Maintain a professional relationship with dispatcher and superintendent
- Quickly build a relationship with customers based on trust and rapport
- Consistently maintain a ‘customer-first’ perspective
- Establish a good working relationship with all team members
- Meet and exceed individual KPIs

- 3+ years Hydronic/Boiler/Radiant experience
- Ability to obtain WA State 06A License
- Ability to lift up-to 75 pounds
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Pre-employment drug screening
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
