Unique Skills:
Candidate with experience collecting and performing analysis on financial data and general data used in the Service Centers preferred. Experience with statistical analysis software is preferred.

Job Description
- With oversight develop predictive/explanatory models and simulations for the aviation aftermarket business units .
- Analyze and model data for the operational business units for current opportunities and threats and for developing forecasts .
- Analyze data on existing pricing structure and develop model-based metrics for future pricing structures .
- Identify and analyze alternative data-sets and incorporate into existing or future models .
- Performs on-going analysis and updating of models and develops model forecasts for business units .
- Experience with econometric methods and stochastic processes, a plus Knowledge/Basic Experience with advanced machine learning techniques; modeling, back-testing, simulation; data mining and data analysis, with special focus on large-scale data-sets (structured and unstructured) Ability to create new models from a blank canvas Ability to explain complex mathematical and algorithmic concepts to broad audiences Ability to utilize critical thinking to independently connect data from multiple business units Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize time-sensitivity.
