Overview:We are currently seeking a Quality Support Specialist who will be responsible for supporting branches to achieve operational and quality excellence. This position is expected to perform a support function providing guidance and quality review to branches on matters of services in account on-bordering and quality assurance review.

Responsibilities:

• Complete timely review and verifies onboarding data, including but not limited to occupation/type of business, account information, expected account activities, supplier/vendor, etc.
• Conduct validation such as google search for money laundering/fraud/corruption and verify business status, etc.
• Work with business unit of any discrepancies
• Take ownership of process change, while focused on consistent quality control, accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Identify issues, exceptions and patterns, escalates to management for resolution and formally documents findings
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experiences preferred
• 5+ years retail banking branch operations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and can interact with all levels of bank personnel
• Attention to details and strong analytical skills
• Logical thinker who can use data and evidence to support a decision
• Understand cross border business behaviors, documentations and processes
• Able to work independently.
• Must be a team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Work, Power Point
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferably

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is USD $24.00/Hr. - USD $32.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
