Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for a Quality Liaison located at their Detroit Plant in Plymouth, MI.

Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting with customer representatives onsite, providing customer information about quality and logistics topics
- Communication with plant quality team and with OEM customer onsite
- Providing reports of part quality findings
- Providing quality support in the plant and at customer site
- Ability to produce, collect, understand and present data
- Identifying and reviewing quality issues and potential root-cause analysis and make recommendations for improvements to upper management
- Developing and maintaining customer relationship
- Representing Webasto within customer facilities to address quality topics
- Submit Customer liaison reports to the plant in daily and weekly basis
- Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environment
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- 3+ years of Automotive customer or quality liaison experience
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to travel when needed
