Quality Control Manager
Environmental Restoration LLC is a provider of cost effective hazardous wastes material management and removal services. Our services include Emergency Response, Site Remediation, Environmental Construction, and Specialty Technical Services. Since 1997, we have been a remediation contractor for federal, state, local agencies and private sector clients, providing services nationwide from our St. Louis corporate headquarters and from our 24 regional offices located across the United States.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall management of Contractor Quality Control (CQC), on assigned projects to include our work and subcontractor and supplier work and products. The Quality Control Manager will work primarily on Department of Defense projects. The Construction Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring documents, plans, sampling requirements, and actual remediation and restoration requirements are followed and adhered to as per the established project requirements. This person is responsible for ensuring all documentation is performed and completed and will enforce all requirements on a real time basis. Provide field management oversight of the CQC program including conducting onsite inspections and report to ER’s Quality Control Supervisor. Coordinate with the Quality Control Supervisor to ensure compliance with project scope of work and assist in preparation of quality control plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as engineering, construction management, chemistry, biology, geology, or related field;
• Possess a minimum of three (3) years working experience in quality control in the chemical/hazardous waste remediation industries working in the field on projects;
• Experience working in accordance with USACE QCM Training and have maintained the certification at least once;
• Ability to implement three phases of control for each Definable Feature of Work;
• Directing corrective actions process for nonconformance issues and deficiencies;
• Must have experience with QA/QC functions relating to remedial investigations and remedial actions.

• Experience with DoD projects
• Experience in USACE Quality Control processes and requirements
• Experience in understanding and communicating construction specifications as well as HTRW sampling requirements to subordinate staff in the field and verifying compliance
• Experience conducting field sampling related to Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Wastes (HTRW) and reviewing quality and acceptability of associated laboratory results
• Understanding of requirements of USACE EM 385-1-1
• Experience in project documentation including reviewing documents and using DoD/USACE systems, as necessary, to submit documents.
