Performs daily quality control inspections as directed by the Quality Control Manager. Follows up on returned Fault Reports to ensure that corrections are completed to contract and Company standards. Acts as a back-up to the Quality Control Manager in creating inspections and Fault Reports as necessary. Insures that contract requirements and Company goals and objectives are accomplished by performing the following duties:

Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:30 pm- 8:30 pm

• Responsible for conducting daily quality control inspections at applicable worksites as directed by the Quality Control Manager using Smart Facility Software to ensure that contractual obligations are met and Company standards are maintained.
• Responsible for ensuring deficiencies in work are corrected to contract and Company standards.
• Acts as a back-up to the Quality Control Manager by creating inspections in their absence.
• Acts as a back-up to the Quality Control Manager by creating Fault Reports in their absence.
• Acts as a back-up to the Quality Control Manager by syncing the tablets for the inspectors in their absence.
• Maintains up-to-date /working knowledge of Smart Facility Software, Company standards and contractual requirements.
• All other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

High school diploma and 1-2-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in relative field.

Previous experience in hospital cleaning or willingness to be trained. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, in English.

Must possess exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal, to ensure the effective delivery of information. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations. Basic knowledge of MS software including: Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Must possess a valid California Driver's License and able to use personal vehicle, subject to higher authority approval and reimbursed at regular company rates. Must me willing to undergo a Background Investigation that can include fingerprinting.
