Come join a stable, growing aerospace manufacturing company, Dayton Granger Inc. DG is seeking a Quality Inspector to join its Quality Department.
Responsibilities for the Quality Inspector:
- Inspects in-process and / or finished production assemblies and sub-assemblies for conformance to quality assurance standards.
- Ensures products & workmanship meet and/or exceed standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Records and documents all inspection data.
- Other assigned tasks by management.
- Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
Qualifications for the Quality Inspector:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum one (1) year experience preferred as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use various measurement devices and hand tools.
- Computer skills needed (Word, Excel, Outlook and other software as required).
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
- Vision abilities required are: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
