The Quality Assurance Manager is primarily responsible for oversight of child welfare contracts the respective branch location(s), develop fundraising strategies; and maintain positive work relationships with external agencies.
This position is expected to function effectively with little to no supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee child welfare contracts within the respective branch location(s);
- Collaborate with DHHS partners in order to provide data and analysis as needed;
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies for the branch to ensure positive funding numbers across programs;
- Lead donor fundraising plans and events for the respective branch location;
- Stay abreast of all agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements related to Foster Care, Licensing, and State Adoption;
- Attend trainings and meetings as assigned by supervisor;
- Complete other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s level degree in Human Services or related field of study from an accredited college;
- Must have a broad knowledge of basic principles, concepts, and methodology of Human Service as acquired through a Master’s level degree;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must exhibit an ability to apply the principles of logic and critical thinking with problem solving;
- Must have experience in child/family welfare;
- Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks;
- Exercise a high level of confidentiality;
- Work well under pressure and adaptable to change;
- Computer and typing skills sufficient to perform essential job functions;
- Active motor vehicle license and maintain a reliable vehicle with adequate insurance coverage;
- Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
- Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commitment.
