• Investigates customer complaints
• Inspects product at job sites to substantiate customer's claim of product defects
• Collects and records results of sampling and testing to maintain record of product quality
• Replicates and reports quality issues to the appropriate team
• Verifies corrections of quality issues
• Identifies potential quality issues and escalates the issue to management when necessary
• Prepares quality reports for internal review
• Analyzes data and recommends potential improvements in the quality system
• Revises and updates standard operating procedures as needed
• May be involved in the development of testing methods
• Other duties as assigned
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred or minimum 4 years related experience
• Experience (or education in) creating and executing components of a Quality Management System and subsequent improvement projects (Service delivery)
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency, Data Analysis, Data Entry, and document format creation and consistency
• Ability to manage and organize hundreds of documents electronically and physically

• Case file reviews.
• Write, review and/or update quality improvement plans.
• Present consistent feedback to management regarding areas of improvement, identify development needs and recommend trainings.
• Perform monthly analysis to determine operational inefficiencies and solutions.

• Track data entry accuracy and submit those under 80% to management.
• Develop analyses and establish reports that can be used to achieve performance measures.

• Compile and analyze performance data relative to contractual benchmarks.
• Ensure 100% timeliness of reporting in monthly Performance Tracking System (PTS) database.

• Ensuring corrective actions are implemented and prompt responses submitted for equal opportunity and accessibility monitoring activities related to Workforce Solutions operations.
• Ensuring a review of contractor policies, procedures, and job descriptions related to Workforce Solutions operations to ensure they are not discriminatory.
• Processing, tracking, and reporting discrimination complaints related to Workforce Solutions operations.
• Undergoing training to keep competency and ensuring all staff complete EO Training.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of acceptable related experience and/or training may be substituted for 2 years of the education requirement on a year for year basis.
• Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and techniques of Quality Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to design and deliver presentations and programs.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Mush have at least five (5) year experience in workforce services field or similar qualifications from other industries.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
