The Quality and Compliance Supervisor manages a team who is responsible for promoting a culture of improvement within the 4Kids4Families network by monitoring the quality and regulatory compliance of network providers and providers from whom ancillary services are purchased. Responsible for supervising Quality & Compliance Specialists in the monitoring process, including routine provider audits and partnering with network providers to develop improvement plans.

A Quality and Compliance Supervisor Requires:
Bachelor' Degree from accredited college or university required. At least three (3) years' experience working with children in the child welfare industry and two (2) years of progressive supervisory
experience.
