Title: QA II Engineer

Location: Sacramento, CA– day1 onsite
Duration: Full Time

Mandatory : work experience with Apple, google , Microsoft , intel, etc. type of companies
Need QA Manual tester with mobile testing experience

Responsibilities

· Understand, Write test cases and plan test strategies across core products and platforms.

· Design and execute test cases for measurements and insights that enable great E2E experiences across the Mobile Apps

· Drive the quality for a product/feature, assess risks to and ensure shipping features with a high-quality bar.

· Be creative in testing across multiple platforms and contribute ideas to improve quality.

· Responsible for coordinating testing with offshore team

· Identify key testing challenges / goals and develop initial Test Plan

· Prioritize which test plans to execute for specific app releases and launches

· Implement and evolve QA processes to get effective test signals and scale testing efforts across multiple product functions.

· Understands/defines quality metrics and implements measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the Product.

· Partners and communicates with engineering and infrastructure teams to use test environments. Works effectively with stakeholders to root cause and solve issues

· Understand compliance requirements and execute test cases for compliance.

· Understand performance requirements and execute performance benchmarking.

· Provide performance analysis via testing and escalate actionable insights to product teams when require

· Get the right KPIs for the product development cycle and drive client satisfaction goals.

· Create success metrics to guide the product management process and measure results.

Minimum Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in computers).

· Quality assurance and test engineering experience.

· Experience in testing Web and mobile application (Android, Ios)

· Experience working with Native applications.

· Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.

· Hands-on experience with test planning, test designing and execution, performance and stress testing, implementing and maintaining quality test automation of both client and server systems.

· Communication, analytical and problem-solving experience.

· Knowledge of/experience with industry standard test automation tools & automation frameworks.

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience in testing web and mobile application in multi-browser, multi-OS setup

· Experience API testing

· Experience in SQL Queries.

· Experience working with Cross functional teams.

Preferred Qualification

· Experience in Smoke, Regression, UAT, Exploratory, Accessibility, Localization, New feature testing

· Experience in Functional, Non-functional testing, Performance benchmarking, Compliance verification testing

· Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.

· Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80.00 - $90.00 per year
