The Purchasing Coordinator supports the hotel Director of Purchasing to maintain smooth and efficient operating shipping and receiving. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to receiving, logging and releasing items as delivered to the hotel via hotel’s loading dock. Other responsibilities include picking up and delivering guest and colleague packages, follow up with guests regarding package inquires and working with accounting to ensure proper billing for received goods.

Qualifications
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Sense of urgency with getting items to the relative departments in a timely manner
- Computer skills to be able to fill requisitions in purchase order system & occasionally assist in taking inventory
- Ability to lift moderately heavy weight on a regular basis
- Availability must include AM shift (hours included 6:00 am – 2:30 pm)
- Must be willing to work Saturdays
- Starting rate $19.00/hour
