- 2+ years’ experience in a purchasing role and managing supplier role*
Job Duties:
- Evaluate supplier quotes and services to determine the most desirable suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders, and once approved, place orders and track orders from the initial parts request back to the requestor.
- Process incoming supplier invoices and packing lists and assign them to the correct account.
- Process incoming capital project invoices and packing lists and assign them to the correct capital project.
- Manage capital project budgets on a project-by-project basis.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Head of Operations to track other project costs.
- Weekly and monthly intradepartmental and corporate reporting.
- Interacting with Maintenance staff, other departments, and corporate employees.
