Advance your career as a Purchasing Associate managing quotes, services, and purchase orders for a company in Gilroy, CA!

Job Duties:
  • Evaluate supplier quotes and services to determine the most desirable suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders, and once approved, place orders and track orders from the initial parts request back to the requestor.
  • Process incoming supplier invoices and packing lists and assign them to the correct account.
  • Process incoming capital project invoices and packing lists and assign them to the correct capital project.
  • Manage capital project budgets on a project-by-project basis.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Head of Operations to track other project costs.
  • Weekly and monthly intradepartmental and corporate reporting.
  • Interacting with Maintenance staff, other departments, and corporate employees.

Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm or 7:00am – 3:30pm
