Purchasing Admin Job at The Tsubaki Tower
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in daily purchasing and receiving activities such as review purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders, and confer with vendors/suppliers to obtain products or services information
- Obtain information such as vendor/supplier prices, availbility, and delivery schedule to process invoices to forward to accounting for payment.
- Distribute all outgoing documents to the specific department indicated.
- Obtain price quotations from various sources to determine the lowest cost while maintaining the best quality of items requested by the different departments.
- Assist with month end inventory of storerooms and outlets.
Purchasing Admin Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Minimum two years revelant experience in Purchasing/Receiving
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Softwares: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.
- Basic math skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
