Neway is offering a $2,500 Bonus upon successful completion of the 90-day probation period.
Neway Stamping & Manufacturing, Inc., an industry leader, and global supplier of short to medium-run metal stampings with approximately 80 employees located in Willoughby, is seeking Punch Press Operators for 1st shift. This is an opportunity to be a member of a dynamic manufacturing team! The position requires operating a punch press to trim, punch, shape, or crimp materials.
This is a 1st shift position: Monday – Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm,
Friday/OT 6:00am – 2:30pm, no weekends
Previous manufacturing environment for 1+ year’s operating a machine, conducting visual inspections and/or in a general labor capacity, and have a steady work history with good references.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School education or GED required
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Proactive and self-disciplined
- Practices Safety Management
