Public Health
Data Analyst I to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion (DHQP), Prevention and Response Branch (PRB). This person will provide Public Health Program and Analysis for Clinical Guidelines and Recommendations by conducting systematic literature reviews, maintaining summaries of monthly projects and assisting in the development of CDC infection control guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary reviews and systematic literature reviews, including but not limited to developing search strategies to be used in the relevant databases, searching the relevant databases and retrieving the relevant literature, and maintaining reference libraries and bibliographies for each project.
- Extract data from evidence into draft summary tables.
- Evidence aggregation and assessment using evidence evaluation tools.
- Maintain a summary of methods used for monthly projects.
- Review evidence extractions and methods for scientific accuracy.
- Provide progress summaries and updates to DHQP leadership and the Guideline development team.
- Provide additional knowledge to the development of CDC infection control guidelines
- Two (2) to Four (4) years of relevant, direct comparable or similar work experience
- Completed Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience to substitute.
