Lighthouse Psychiatry (and its affiliate nonprofit Lighthouse Wellhealth) is dedicated to providing a patient-centric and quality-focused experience. Through a personalized approach to care delivery, we offer a customized treatment solution specifically tailored to the needs and challenges of the individual. Our patients have the benefit of utilizing a diverse collection of services including psychiatric medication management, specialized counseling (trauma, individual, couples, family, group), advanced TMS, Spravato (nasal esketamine), IV ketamine, ADHD testing and treatment, pharmacogenetics testing and evaluation, and photobiomodulation. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive and synergistic approach to patient care to maximize outcome and success. We approach patient care with the mindset that no two individuals are the same, hence no two treatment plan should be the same. Our nonprofit affiliate Lighthouse Wellhealth is dedicated to providing mental health services for kids at schools.

Licensed psychiatrist (MD, DO) - adult and/or child trained
Licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) - adult and/or child trained
Compensation:
The pay for this position is negotiable and based on experience, training, certifications, work schedule
- Doctorate degree in medicine (MD, DO) or professional degree (PMHNP) with graduate training in mental health.
- Active DEA license required.
- Board-certification in psychiatry.
- Holds active Arizona state licensure.
- Holds active malpractice liability insurance.
- Specific fund of knowledge in the area of ketamine, TMS, ECT, and other neuromodulation treatments.
- 5+ years experience working in psychiatry, either inpatient or outpatient.
- No history of state board disciplinary action or sanction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with exposure to some data management software experience.
- Proficient in EMR/EHR platforms.
- Proficient in completing clinical notes with 24-hours.
- Experience addressing any patient’s medical conditions or symptoms, including advanced life support certification.
- Experience with operating a medical/mechanical device.
- Travel to more than one office location.
- Able to work in-office and remote virtual office.
- Monitor a patient for medical symptoms.
- Provide medical intervention and respond effectively in an emergency situation.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Explain and administrative procedures to patients.
- Contribute to a positive work environment.
- Be courteous and tactful with patients, visitors, and the public.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Follow established treatment and office procedures.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy regarding all details.
- Physically able to walk, stand, stoop, and bend.
- Visual and auditory dexterity.
- Provide medical coverage to other licensed professionals.
The Location:
- Interview will take place at our Gilbert, AZ office.
- Candidate must be willing to travel to other office locations.
