Square Medical Group is currently looking for team-oriented and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our thriving outpatient practice located in Watertown. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office or in person, working in one of our locations.

The Nurse Practitioner will be a key member of our multidisciplinary team, working with senior psychiatrists. For newer providers, this is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow with on-the-job training in substance use disorder and dual diagnosis. Experienced providers will find themselves in a good company.

Requirements

• Active Commonwealth of Massachusetts license - PMHNP/APRN/RNCS
• Current DEA and X-DEA
• Strong clinical skills
• Interest in working with substance use disorder and dual diagnosis population
• Ability or willingness to work on EMR

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric assessment
• Provide medication management
• Effectively communicate with referring providers and client family members
