ITA is seeking a PSC - Management Analysts (13-1111)/Configuration Management to join the team in Washington, DC.
Configuration Management position is Management Analysts (13-1111); JY- Business and Financial Operations Specialists, Group 2.
Perform program related activities for the US Coast Guard Polar Security Cutter (PSC) Program.
- Provide full-time, Administrative support to the USCG Polar Security Cutter (PSC) Acquisition Program in Washington, DC.
- While working with an integrated project team of stakeholders, duties will include; Oversee & Manage engineering and acquisition program data entry in an Integrated Data Environment (IDE) provided by the USCG, organize/manage documents both digitally and in hard copy, manage Outlook calendar scheduling, coordinate conference room reservations, record meeting meetings, inventory office supplies, initiate office supply procurement requests, initiate/process visitor requests & computer user accounts, initiate/track/review tasks in the USCG Task Management System web-based portal.
Qualifications:
3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree.
6 years work experience, or an Associate's Degree plus 4 years work experience, may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Active Secret clearance
