We provide seniors with a continuum of care from Independent Living to Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Care with short-term Rehabilitation. We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager/Sales committed to providing an excellent customer experience to all those who call this home.

The Property Manager/Sales will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with following up on inquiries about the Independent Living community.
  • Working with the sales directors on guiding prospective residents and families through the phases of gathering information to applying for occupancy
  • Coordinating all move-in details with new residents.
  • Managing all lease signings and renewals.
  • Oversight of maintenance needs and requests within the community and resident apartments.
  • Follow up timely to resident questions and concerns.
  • Completing yearly competitive analysis for the Independent Living community.
  • With the sales team, coordinating and planning marketing events and activities that appeal to residents and prospective residents.
  • Assist with the transfer process from Independent Living to Assisted Living or Rehabilitation
  • Entering data
  • Compliance with administrative and procedural guidelines
  • Ensuring lifestyle enrichment program meets all dimensions of wellness. Participate in resident council, planning, and evaluation of programming.
  • Oversee dining program, working with dietary director and staff to provide residents with enjoyable social and fine dining experience
  • Participate in daily stand up meetings, providing pertinent updates from the Independent Living community
  • Supervise Independent Living staff.
  • Regular communication with residents and families to stay connected about opportunities, changes, and happenings within the community
  • Assist with social media including Facebook, google, etc.
  • Serve as on-call manager for resident and family concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and easily develop positive working relationships with residents, prospective residents, families, and staff.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and customer focused are all a must for success in this position.
  • Experience working in the senior living community and/or with leasing apartments a plus.
  • Current and valid driver's license required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
