Property Manager- Full-Time Job at J.K. Residential Services Inc.
Property manager needed to manage a property for a local property management firm in the Hawthorne area. The position is Full time and the manager will live onsite at the property. Responsibilities: (Not Limited To):
- Rent Collection
- Provide any notices as needed
- Schedule and inspect maintenance requests as needed
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants
- Oversee and maintain vendor relationships
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
Requirements: (Not Limited To):
- Ideally minimum of 1 year of onsite property manager experience preferred
- GED or HS Diploma
- Driver's license and a car, this is a MUST
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
- Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred
Compensation:
- $3500-4000/month gross salary (rent will be deducted), Depending on experience
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
