Property Manager Job at Beach Road Company
This position will be keeping the rental properties in optimal condition for our guests.
This will include and not limited to:
- Assessing damages
- Arranging or making repairs to damaged items where possible
- Perform routine tasks at multiple properties prior to guest check in
- Quality checking cleaning crews
- Taking inventory of provided household items, and other tasks associated with preparing our properties for guests.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests.
- Run errands and perform other general tasks to keep the operations running smoothly.
- Potentially very light marketing tasks like passing out marketing flyers, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
