Year 1: $75,000 - $85,000 (Base + Commission)
Year 2: $85,000 - $100,000

Green Light Property Management is an established property management company in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex seeking rapid growth. Our team has a light company atmosphere. We like to stay focused and still have fun at work. We have a certain amount of flexibility that allows us to feel comfortable and supportive to be successful in our individual roles.
WHAT WILL YOU DO...?
You will use our lead-gen system to work inbound and outbound leads, grab their attention by demonstrating value, qualify them, and consult them in becoming a property management client.
You will be calling, networking, and building relationships with key players in the community in order to develop the overall property management business.
