Position: Project Manager Reconstruction

Location: Rancho Cordova/ Gold River, CA

Compensation: $55,000 - $100,000, depending on experience

Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time / Direct Hire Position

Hours: Monday through Friday

The Opportunity: This position is the oversight and management of the project cycle for construction restoration projects. It’s a position working in a department that is fast paced and very team oriented.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review newly assigned projects and scopes; set budgets and schedule accordingly
• Apply for necessary permits and meet for inspections.
• Assist clients with material selections, documentation, and ordering.
• Supervise and work closely with assistant project management team.
• Estimate and document change orders and upgrades.
• Monitor and complete projects in the allotted time and within budget.
• Update TPA programs and communicate with adjusters as needed.
• Plan, develop and manage in house crews and subcontractors
• Establish and maintain client relationships.
• Attend all appropriate company meetings and company sponsored training sessions.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• 3-4 years reconstruction / restoration (Fire, Water, Smoke, Mold) experience preferred
• Proficiency in Xactimate and Dash software preferred
• Knowledge of TPAs (Third Party Administrators), like Contractor Connection, Alacrity, Lionsbridge preferred
• Good written and oral communication, organized, and the ability to run multiple jobs at one time.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid CA Driver’s License / Clean driving record- no major citations
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check.
