Role – Project Manager

Location – Waukegan, IL (Onsite day 1)

Duration – 6 MonthsRate – $60/hr

Manage resources and activities to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget while delighting our customers.•

Identify project risks and set timelines to meet customer expectations.•

Lead and meet with project team to review scope of work and create project plan. • Schedule recurring internal and customer facing meetings as needed during project implementation to review and monitor project goals and status.

• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Facilities groups to ensure an accurate and efficient process.

• Oversee project staffing in a matrix environment including project budget, change control, hours, and billing.

• Maintain documents critical to project implementation. Track project implementation and provide status updates on periodic basis (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly)

• Integrate customer’s business requirements into operational framework.

• Shown experience working with diverse multi-functional teams in optimizing and scaling critical infrastructure across a global data center footprint

• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitate analysis to drive decision making•

Familiar with a production operation in a data center environment including an understanding of how a data center is built and how they are connected (inter/intra)

• Ability to understand complex technical operations environments, communicate issues and provide solutions to all levels of the organization

• Effective oral and written communication skills, with extraordinary analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a strong team

• Experience within complex interpersonal settings

• Interpret data to determine if customer should be charged.

• Manage and document all costs associated with post-delivery issues.

• Backup other Project Managers as necessary

.• Work with vendors or third-party supply chain partners as necessary
