Construction Project Manager

Ross Built, LLC is a leading and established High-Quality Custom Home Builder located in Bradenton, Florida. We’ve been building Custom Homes in Manatee and Sarasota Counties, Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Long Boat Key since 2006. Our company mission is to exceed our customer’s expectation through providing a high quality product and excellent customer service. We are a progressive growing company and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join and grow with our team.

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform Pre-Construction Plan reviews to ensure all details are incorporated in plans and correct before starting construction

· Develop and Manage Project Schedules and Budgets

· Responsible for qualifying sub-contractor proposals and performing project buyouts

· Manage project sites to ensure that quality is being met, safety is being adhered to and that the project is tracking on schedule

· Responsible for representing the company well and in a positive light while protecting the company from potential losses and risks

· Communicate with the customer on a regular basis and manage projects to ensure that we are exceeding the customer’s expectations

· You will have autonomy and be accountable and compensated for the results based on your portfolio of projects

Skills and Knowledge:

· Knowledge in reading and interpreting plans, construction drawings and specs

· The ability to multi-task and prioritize without compromising quality of work or schedule

· Solid time management and organizational skills

· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs

· Possess a strong sense of urgency and persistence in follow-up

· Possess strong communication skills

· Detail oriented

· Must be self-motivated, results oriented and able to work effectively with little direction or oversight

Preferred Consideration Given To:

· Minimum of 5 years in Construction Management or Custom Home Building

· College Degree
