Leading supplier and installer of Division 10 and other Specialties for the General Contracting and Commercial Industry has an immediate opening for a Project Manager in our Yarmouth Maine Office.

Working closely with our Senior Estimator your responsibilities will include:

• Communicate with general contractors on project status and site readiness
• Manage projects
• Facilitate Change Orders
• Prepare Submittals
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Assist Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Assist to Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Assist to Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the GC and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Monitor sub-contractors and tracking progress.
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Process Closeout Documents

Requirements

• Experience in construction management or related field.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others
• Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards a plus
• Capable in all aspects of project management
• Familiarity with project management software packages a plus
• Ability to see the “big picture”
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Excellent time and project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
