Konik partnered with a local manufacturing company adding a Project Manager to their team. This Project Manager will lead Research Development projects using a stage gate process to deliver New Product Introduction projects. The Project Manager role at this company is highly visible, working cross-functionally throughout the organization to achieve stakeholder alignment and to get projects across the finish line successfully.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the project scope, schedule, and budget
- Estimate project resources
- Identify and manage project risks and product cost development
- Lead complex negotiations
- Champion the project team aiding the team to hit milestones
Project Manager Qualifications:
- B.S. Engineering or Technology degree is required
- 5+ years of project management experience leading engineered product programs
- CAPM or PMP certs are a bonus!!
