Essential Job Functions:

• Take ownership of all implementation tasks from the point of sale to the transition to support
• Analyze Statement of Work and Bill of materials for accuracy
• Coordinate resources – both internal and external – for the best customer experience possible
• Perform or assist with operations, as required to maintain workflow to meet schedules and quality requirements
• Provide regularly scheduled project management updates and communications to client stakeholders and ITR Team Members
• Resolve issues and challenges encountered during implementation to ensure customer satisfaction
• Design and document training materials, as well as author professional correspondence, articles, and documentation to customers and vendors
• Assist with the improvement of workforce efficiency by ensuring individual agents and teams are skilled properly
• Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new technologies, developments, requirements, and policies
• Meet with the client to ensure project completion and expectations are met
• Perform other duties as assigned by management. *
