Company Description:
Henley Car Wash (HCW) will be building and operating 100-150 car wash sites. They will be subscription based express exterior car washes located in growth markets throughout the United States. Think of us as the Netflix of car washes. HCW will be operating under the AquaSonic Car Wash brand. Our ambition is to become the number one choice for car owners when choosing a car wash. Our car washes will be famous for delivering a clean, shiny, and dry car. We will do this with the most technologically sophisticated equipment, using only environmentally friendly materials, employing the latest recycling and reclamation processes, having legendary guest service, and building our business around extraordinary people who deliver inspirational performance.

Each location will have 5,000 or more monthly members that will pay a subscription fee of $15-$40/month in addition to retail washes that start at under $10. As a start-up that will grow to over $300 million in revenues, the opportunities for promotion and learning new skills are endless. Our goal is to create a business worth over a billion dollars. About the Job:
We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, is flexible, adaptive to change, looking for a challenge, has a zest for learning, and is excited to grow into this role. Seeking a Project Manager who will work with management to achieve objectives and monitor implementation plan, timing, and key milestones for contracted construction projects. Works with Leadership to ensure projects are properly staffed for project requirements. Achieves phase sign-off; builds and maintains client relationships. This position requires a creative, forward-thinking, energetic individual with superior written and verbal communication. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who demonstrates a high level of passion and can communicate effectively with all stake holders. Looking to grow this position into future leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and analyzes work plans, revising as necessary
- Defines project team roles and responsibilities
- Resolution of escalated tickets
- Develops project organization, structure, and communication strategies
- Manage and review milestone meetings and status reports; solve project issues, enhance progress and give updates accordingly
- Coordinates with customers to set and manage expectations
- Manages conflicting customer requests and complex issues/problems
- Works as a liaison for our real estate teams
- Maintains accountability for the timely resolution of project-related issues
- Help prepare Board of Director presentations
- Complete special projects and ad-hoc jobs as needed
- Have an understanding and commitment to our culture, mission, vision, values, and purpose

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years in project management and client consulting with solid understanding of project management techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to meet goals and objectives
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand Project Management Tools (e.g. SmartSheet)
- Highly developed customer-facing skills and networking ability
- Ability to establish strong relationships within the organization to achieve results
- Ability to follow and revise project plans to meet project milestones and objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, including executive level
- Highly developed presentation skills with the ability to develop the same in others; solicits different viewpoints, shares knowledge and insights
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- A self-driven outgoing, energetic and passionate personality
- The ability to travel – TBD on % travel required
