Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the specific job from inquiry solicitation through estimating (pricing the work), sales closing, job management and billing.
• Responsible for the workability and profitability of the completed job.
• Reports to the President and works with and through the field force to manage assigned jobs.
• Call on commercial and industrial building owners, engineering, maintenance, and facility managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with business-to-business sales experience.
