Peter Schwabe needs you estimating their construction projects. We are seeking a customer-service minded Estimator who is dedicated to their attention to detail and willingness to enhance their knowledge on estimating! Responsible for all of the project estimations, the Estimator will ensure that projects are within budget, and according to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be willing to be hands-on and work side by-side with the team, prioritizing schedule, quality, and accuracy on all projects, from start to finish.

With over 90+ years in the industry, PSI is family-owned, non-union general contractor who employs 20+ employees and has a solid reputation with national brands over the last 45 years with McDonald’s and others in the hospitality industry such as Starbucks, Granite City Brewery, and Georgie Porgies restaurants.

What the Role Entails The following are detailed performance objectives for the Estimator. When measuring overall aptitude and cultural fit, all candidates will be benchmarked using these standards.

Performance Objectives:

30-60 Days:

• Learn the ins and outs of the business.

90 Days:

• Learn the process and be able to successfully estimate a project and submit it to the client.

• Plan a job in 30-50%, win to dollar ratio.

• Obtain a high percentage of accuracy to ensure estimate is in the 90% range.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
