Woodard & Curran, Inc. seeks Project Engineers I (Multiple Positions) in Canton, MA. Project Engineers I perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of Water/Wastewater structures and facilities, as well as working with regulatory agencies to acquire permits and funding. The Project Engineer I researches, designs, plans, coordinates, and/or performs Water/Wastewater engineering activities and establishes engineering priorities in keeping with effective operations, production and cost factors. Specific core duties and responsibilities include performing and supervising Water/Wastewater engineering and project management tasks, including asset management planning and performing risk and resilience assessments for water/wastewater systems, mentoring staff, performing quality assurance and quality control functions, supporting marketing efforts by development of proposals, and supporting the project manager by managing assigned internal project tasks. The Project Engineer I provides expert technical advice on Water/Wastewater engineering tasks as well as represent the Company at industry-wide events; prepares documents and presentations, provides review and oversight for engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer; controls budget, scope and schedule of assigned Water/Wastewater engineering projects or tasks; and serves as billing manager for multi-discipline engineering projects. The minimum requirements for the positions are a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering and 4 years of professional Water/Wastewater engineering experience. This position is based at Woodard & Curran’s office in Canton, MA, with the option to telecommute from within a normal commuting distance approximately two days per week. Pay:
This position’s anticipated pay range is provided below; final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will be dependent on experience level as well as considering a % based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working. Geographic differentials are used to recognize and reflect cost of labor differences between geographic markets.
Annual Incentive Bonus Opportunity:
Eligible positions may receive an annual cash bonus based on the role’s organizational level, and is represented as a percentage range of eligible earnings**

$72,397.00 - $108,595.00
