Vari® is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to add to its new project delivery team, supporting outside sales of furniture installations. This position is a full-time, project sales support role with focus on project management and implementing high-impact customer experiences on projects to create lifelong fans.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with the Sales Executive to gather requirements, estimate scope, and project manage all furniture project requests
  • Assist in supporting fans throughout the product selection, space design and project implementation process
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure installation of projects are completed within the preferred timeline
  • Create and deliver project quotes and sales orders
  • Track and report on project status updates and documents as needed
  • Proactively communicate updates, adjust prioritization, and identify risks to execution success
  • Attend design programming calls and take notes to ensure all pertinent project information is collected from client
  • Manage activities related to projects in Salesforce and other online tools for communication, design, and project management
  • Process orders and returns accurately within given timeframe to deliver results to our fans.
  • Prepare and submit design briefs, work tasks, and work cases for projects
  • Communicate with the product inventory team to ensure in-stock positions and lead times for successful timeline execution
  • Direct email or phone call follow-up communications with fans of Vari as needed
  • Hold extreme sense of urgency and responsiveness for the Vari teammates and fans we serve
  • Possess a comfort, capability, and confidence to contact fans with questions or updates as needed
  • Establish rapport and trusted communication with key client accounts

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other relevant tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
