Re-Bath of Utah and Colorado is growing! We are seeking qualified individuals to join our Production Team as Production Assistant Coordinators. As one of the Nation’s Largest Bathroom Remodelers with Re-Bath of Utah and Colorado, the exclusive installer for The Home Depot in our market, and one of the largest remodelers in Utah, we are hiring candidates who possess a perfectionist level of skill and attention to detail, provide excellent customer service, like to be challenged, are goal-driven, and bring a great attitude to the table.

You will work closely with the Project Coordinator and Installation Manager to coordinate activities with installers, apprentices, contractors, other members of the production team, and vendors to ensure clean, professional, and high-quality work is completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Coordinators with project planning, scheduling, preparation of project scope, and tracking payments
• Oversees Project preparation
• Update client information in CRM
• Communicate project status with customers
• Schedule jobs with customers
• Track ETA's of materials
• Coordinate activities with the production team
• Direct resources to meet production goals and meet service requests
• Maintain all files after project completion

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of GED, with preference to Associate in business or technical field or related prior experience.
• Prior Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in either an administrative or support role within a production/office department.
• A high level of attention to detail is a must.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate well written and verbally.

• Must be able to consistently establish and maintain strong customer relationships and work through difficult situations with diplomacy.
• Must take pride in work, quality customer service, and no shortcuts.
• Must maintain a professional appearance, dress, and grooming at all times.
• Skills and experience with spreadsheet software, particularly Excel, are required.
• Working knowledge of SalesForce is preferred, but not required.
• Outstanding communication skills are required.
