What is the Position?

PartsBadger is seeking an Project Coordinator to collaborate with a small team of people dedicated to the success of our customers. An ambitious, yet humble, person will succeed in this role. Things change, people change. Are you able to adapt? Being on the defensive will not help you in this role. You will be working with all kinds of personalities and attitudes and staying positive and understanding will help you achieve success.

Work Environment:

PartsBadger is a relaxed, casual work environment located in a Cedarburg, WI. Our location boasts 15,000 sq. ft that blends office and production space. We continue to develop the layout of our office for idea generation and collaborative work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Customer Service (Internal & External)

· Document Organization

· Data Entry

· Respond to Email and Phone Inquiries

Required Qualifications:

· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

· Ability to Multi-Task, Prioritize, and Manage Time Effectively

· Adaptive and Flexible

· Diligence & Accuracy

· Above Average Organization

· Independent Problem Solver

· Fast Worker and Quick Thinker

Preferred Qualifications:

· CNC Knowledge

· Experience with CRM Software

Compensation:

Compensation: $40,000-$48,000 per year
