Responsibilities:
As a
Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the OPE to identify and document tasks to deliver the project on time and within the budget.
In addition, you will:
- Assist in the creation of schedules for projects and project plans
- Track project plans and schedules on a daily basis
- Manage the progression of invoices
- Conduct progress reviews with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables and design decisions to meet overall requirements
About You:
- You have the ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for the project build process
- You have strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills
- You are able to work in a fast-paced high-volume work environment
- You are dependable and flexible to work weekends and holidays, as needed
