As a Project Coordinator you'll have the unique opportunity to work within an integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm capable of executing ONEsolution integrated project delivery work. Experience collaboration and continuous learning like never before amongst subject matter experts spanning across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process, and automation engineering; architecture and lab planning; procurement, estimation, virtual design & construction, health & safety, and construction management. How will I contribute?

You will support Project Managers and the delivery of small- to large-scale capital design and construction projects in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and other advanced technology markets. You will coordinating with internal and external architects and engineers; and will interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Handle multiple complex tasks and have business and personnel management skills establish and manage priorities
• Ability to coordinate across both design and construction team members

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent job experience required, Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Minimum of 5-8 years of demonstrated success in project coordination experience required, much of this preferably in a design firm setting

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced technology projects preferred
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office 2013 and PDF software required
• Proficiency with traditional project controls database tools and methods required
• Ability to communicate openly and effectively both verbally and in writing
• Exceptional time-management skills
