Use your project management, organizational, communication, and supervisory skills as part of an exciting new behavioral health program. This full-time position is based in Bloomington, IL and will play an integral role in the success of a newly established Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), providing access to coordinated comprehensive behavioral health and substance use care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee data and evaluation activities. Collect and report data related to performance measures, infrastructure, prevention, promotion, clinic-level quality measures, and progress toward goals. Develop data collection workflows, data quality, and monitoring activities. Analyze and interpret data. Create a comprehensive strategic evaluation plan. Help agency leadership to ensure compliance with various State and Federal accrediting and regulatory bodies.

Bachelor’s degree in evaluation, public health, health information management, business, or related field. Prefer Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Demonstrated project management experience. Ability to lead project teams. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. Strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Familiarity with electronic health record systems. Must work well under pressure and demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.
