Prime Aesthetics Group is a rapidly growing, physician owned Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa organization that operates as owner to several luxury aesthetic offices throughout the United States. Our mission is to make it easier for our practices by providing centralized services such as human resources, marketing, finance, operations and information technology which allows our world class surgeons to provide the highest caliber of patient care.

We are looking to hire a Project Specialist to to provide project management support to our Integration Management Office (IMO) in key business initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity that will require hands on involvement in creating our IMO office platform.

This is a remote position, based in Miami, Florida, that will require some presence in our future corporate headquarters in South Miami. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in healthcare (licensing requirements, practice issues), real estate (leases, permits) or insurance (full spectrum).

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in guiding a project or multiple projects from conception to completion.
  • Work with project team members to implement appropriate project plans.
  • Coordinate with project team members to ensure project tasks are implemented on time, risks are mitigated, and project dependencies are completed.
  • Support project plan development, including project dashboards and tracking for executive and stakeholder reporting of integration or project efforts across project teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, outlining agenda and issues to ensure coverage of milestone dependencies, task priorities, and issues to be escalated to executive leadership.
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Organize important transactions by creating and maintaining a document database.
  • Maintain records for each provider and medical practice.
  • Manage calendar of licenses and certifications.
  • Ensure credentials are maintained for all providers and medical staff is in full compliance with credentialing policies and procedures.
  • Track license and permit requirements for all medical professionals and practice locations.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support during the pursuit and execution phases of the acquisition and integration process.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders to obtain and clarify information needed.
  • Assist in responding to requests for information and documents from our business partners, executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Summarize keys terms in business agreements and real estate leases.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of related project management experience
  • Healthcare/Medical Office, insurance, or real estate industry experience a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
